Welcome to the National Reye's Syndrome Foundation
National Reye's Syndrome Foundation

Reye's Syndrome, a deadly disease, strikes swiftly and can attack any child, teen, or adult without warning. All body organs are affected, with the liver and brain suffering most seriously. While the cause and cure remain unknown, research has established a link between Reye's Syndrome and the use of aspirin and other salicylate containing medications, over the counter products, and topical use products. In 1974, the National Reye's Syndrome Foundation, a health advocacy organization, was incorporated as a 501(c)3 charity, whose mission is to eradicate the incidence of Reye's Syndrome.

We offer several Fundraising Programs that we invite you to participate in, which cost you nothing, yet generate funding for the National Reye's Syndrome Foundation's programs. 100% of all funds are spent on Awareness materials and educational programs. The NRSF does not solicit funds from the government, and we rely solely on contributions from folks like you to support our awareness programs.

Things you can do for us that do not cost you money:

The NRSF GoodSearch - GoodShop Toolbar:

Downloading our NRSF Good Search - Good Shop Toolbar generates dollars as you search and as you shop.
Every time you shop online at your favorite stores you could be saving money and earning a donation for the NRSF's awareness programs.

Our new toolbar, developed by GoodSearch & GoodShop takes just a few seconds to download. More than 1,800 top stores including Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, Gap, PetSmart, and Staples are pitching in and will donate a percentage of each sale to our cause.

There's no cost to you and you can save money because the merchants are providing us thousands of money-saving coupons!
The GoodSearch toolbar also includes a search box which is powered by Yahoo! Each time you search the web, about a penny is donated to the NRSF cause! There's no easier way to help kids. Please spread the word and download the toolbar, today!
